The restaurant pays homage to the building’s history with an apothecary-style bar offering a diverse selection of malt whiskies and spirits from both international and artisanal Greek producers. Crafted by the award-winning bar manager Athanasios Katsoulas, the drinks menu showcases standout ingredients, including fresh herbs from the Menalon highlands and locally produced fir honey.
